Website structure and design that help customers decide
Visitors need to understand your offer, whether it fits them and what to do next. Structure, readability and usable functions help them make that decision.
Organise around customer needs
Separate services with different buying intents. Someone needing a basic website should not have to understand ERP architecture. Provide technical detail for application buyers too.
Build complete pages
Use clear headings, examples, deliverables, objections and a main action. The about page should describe the real person or business and delivery process. Do not replace missing evidence with invented figures or testimonials.
Choose visuals that explain
Photos, screenshots and video should clarify the offer. Typography and colour support hierarchy and contrast. Decorative motion should not obstruct reading or slow key functions.
Test mobile and keyboard use
Menus, buttons and forms need to work on small screens and without a mouse. Visible labels, focus and errors are part of design. Then measure which pages produce enquiries.
